This patch adds a jited flag into sk_filter struct in order to indicate
whether a filter is currently jited or not. The size of sk_filter is
not being expanded as the 32 bit 'len' member allows upper bits to be
reused since a filter can currently only grow as large as BPF_MAXINSNS.
Therefore, there's enough room also for other in future needed flags to
reuse 'len' field if necessary. The jited flag also allows for having
alternative interpreter functions running as currently, we can only
detect jit compiled filters by testing fp->bpf_func to not equal the
address of sk_run_filter().

The packet hash can be considered a property of the packet, not just
on RX path.
This patch changes name of rxhash and l4_rxhash skbuff fields to be
hash and l4_hash respectively. This includes changing uses of the
field in the code which don't call the access functions.

"PPC and ARM do not have much going on this time. Most of the cool
stuff, instead, is in s390 and (after a few releases) x86.
ARM has some caching fixes and PPC has transactional memory support in
guests. MIPS has some fixes, with more probably coming in 3.16 as
QEMU will soon get support for MIPS KVM.
For x86 there are optimizations for debug registers, which trigger on
some Windows games, and other important fixes for Windows guests. We
now expose to the guest Broadwell instruction set extensions and also

Code inspection reveals that these two cases are mutually exclusive,

In order to be able to detect the point where the guest enables
its MMU and caches, trap all the VM related system registers.
Once we see the guest enabling both the MMU and the caches, we
can go back to a saner mode of operation, which is to leave these
registers in complete control of the guest.

HCR.TVM traps (among other things) accesses to AMAIR0 and AMAIR1.
In order to minimise the amount of surprise a guest could generate by
trying to access these registers with caches off, add them to the
list of registers we switch/handle.

So far, KVM/ARM used a fixed HCR configuration per guest, except for
the VI/VF/VA bits to control the interrupt in absence of VGIC.
With the upcoming need to dynamically reconfigure trapping, it becomes
necessary to allow the HCR to be changed on a per-vcpu basis.
The fix here is to mimic what KVM/arm64 already does: a per vcpu HCR
field, initialized at setup time.

Commit 240e99cbd00a (ARM: KVM: Fix 64-bit coprocessor handling)
added an ordering dependency for the 64bit registers.
The order described is: CRn, CRm, Op1, Op2, 64bit-first.
Unfortunately, the implementation is: CRn, 64bit-first, CRm...
Move the 64bit test to be last in order to match the documentation.

Commit 240e99cbd00a (ARM: KVM: Fix 64-bit coprocessor handling)
changed the way we match the 64bit coprocessor access from
user space, but didn't update the trap handler for the same
set of registers.
The effect is that a trapped 64bit access is never matched, leading
to a fault being injected into the guest. This went unnoticed as we
didn't really trap any 64bit register so far.
Placing the CRm field of the access into the CRn field of the matching
structure fixes the problem. Also update the debug feature to emit the
expected string in case of failing match.

committed to memory, and not just hanging in the cache (as guest
accesses are completely bypassing the cache until it decides to
enable it).
For this purpose, hook into the coherent_cache_guest_page
function and flush the region if the guest SCTLR
register doesn't show the MMU and caches as being enabled.

When the guest runs with caches disabled (like in an early boot
sequence, for example), all the writes are diectly going to RAM,
bypassing the caches altogether.
Once the MMU and caches are enabled, whatever sits in the cache
becomes suddenly visible, which isn't what the guest expects.
A way to avoid this potential disaster is to invalidate the cache
when the MMU is being turned on. For this, we hook into the SCTLR_EL1
trapping code, and scan the stage-2 page tables, invalidating the
pages/sections that have already been mapped in.

The use of p*d_addr_end with stage-2 translation is slightly dodgy,
as the IPA is 40bits, while all the p*d_addr_end helpers are
taking an unsigned long (arm64 is fine with that as unligned long
is 64bit).
The fix is to introduce 64bit clean versions of the same helpers,
and use them in the stage-2 page table code.

The 'order' parameter for IOMMU-aware dma-mapping implementation was
introduced mainly as a hack to reduce size of the bitmap used for
tracking IO virtual address space. Since now it is possible to dynamically
resize the bitmap, this hack is not needed and can be removed without any
impact on the client devices. This way the parameters for
arm_iommu_create_mapping() becomes much easier to understand. 'size'
parameter now means the maximum supported IO address space size.
The code will allocate (resize) bitmap in chunks, ensuring that a single
chunk is not larger than a single memory page to avoid unreliable
allocations of size larger than PAGE_SIZE in atomic context.

Instead of using just one bitmap to keep track of IO virtual addresses
(handed out for IOMMU use) introduce an array of bitmaps. This allows
us to extend existing mappings when running out of iova space in the
initial mapping etc.
If there is not enough space in the mapping to service an IO virtual
address allocation request, __alloc_iova() tries to extend the mapping
-- by allocating another bitmap -- and makes another allocation
attempt using the freshly allocated bitmap.
This allows arm iommu drivers to start with a decent initial size when
an dma_iommu_mapping is created and still to avoid running out of IO
virtual addresses for the mapping.

Unlike other build products in the Linux kernel, there is no 'make
*install' mechanism to put devicetree blobs in a standard place.
This commit adds a new 'dtbs_install' make target which copies all of
the dtbs into the INSTALL_DTBS_PATH directory. INSTALL_DTBS_PATH can be
set before calling make to change the default install directory. If not
set then it defaults to:
$INSTALL_PATH/dtbs/$KERNELRELEASE.
This is done to keep dtbs from different kernel versions separate until
things have settled down. Once the dtbs are stable, and not so strongly
linked to the kernel version, the devicetree files will most likely move
to their own repo. Users will need to upgrade install scripts at that
time.

- Moved rules from arch/arm/Makefile to arch/arm/boot/dts/Makefile so
that each dtb install could have a separate target and be reported as
part of the make output.
- Fixed dependency problem to ensure $KERNELRELEASE is calculated before
attempting to install
- Removed option to call external script. Copying the files should be
sufficient and a build system can post-process the install directory.
Despite the fact an external script is used for installing the kernel,
I don't think that is a pattern that should be encouraged. I would
rather see buildroot type tools post process the install directory to
rename or move dtb files after installing to a staging directory.
- Plus it is easy to add a hook after the fact without blocking the
rest of this feature.
- Move the helper targets into scripts/Makefile.lib with the rest of the
common dtb rules

The address translation of a PCI node don't require anymore the PCI
support in the kernel. This translation is mandatory to be able to
read the SoC ID which is stored in the PCI controller of the mvebu
SoCs.
This patch selects the symbol needed to get only this translation for
all the mvebu platforms.

The IPU ports correspond to the two display interfaces. The
order of endpoints in the ports is arbitrary.
Each encoder with an associated input multiplexer has multiple
input ports in the device tree. The order and reg property of
the ports must correspond to the multiplexer input order.
Since the imx-drm node now only needs to contain links to the
display interfaces, it can be moved to the SoC dtsi level. At
the board level, only connections between the display interface
ports and encoders or panels have to be added.
