A patch to fix the return value of clk_round_rate()

clk_round_rate() should return 0 now upon an error, rather than returning
a negative error code. This is because clk_round_rate() is being changed
to return an unsigned return type rather than a signed type, since some
clock sources can generate rates higher than (2^31)-1 Hz.

Move GPIO2 and GPIO3 to be registered from the core as this is
certainly available on Versatile AB as well, not just the PB.
GPIO2 is used for reading board status and GPIO3 is unused,
but it does not hurt to register it anyway.

On Allwinner sun7i (A20) SoCs, the SMP operations are implemented in
u-boot, and exposed to the kernel through PSCI.
We thus need to enable PSCI support for Allwinner SoCs so that the
kernel uses it to bring up the additionnal cores.

might unselect it, leading to compilation error.

The A31 has a reset IP that maintains a few other IPs in reset by

thus need to register the reset driver before initializing the timers so

This fixes the issue introduced by the following commit:
b448c904f5058b6c "ARM: shmobile: r8a7790: add I2C support"
The R8A7790 is an R-Car Gen2 SoC. The clock division factor
(CDF) width is 3 bits on Gen2 as opposed to 2 bits on Gen1.
Fix the device names for R8A7790 SoC to make the R-Car I2C
driver configure the hardware properly.

* capitalized ARM in the subject line;
* noted the commit that caused the issue in the log.

The DT based MSM platforms can join the multi-platform builds, so
introduce a DT based ARCH_MSM option. This option allows DT based
MSM platforms to be built into the multi-platform kernel. Also
introduce a hidden ARCH_MSM config that both the DT and non-DT
platform support code select to avoid churn in places that depend
on CONFIG_ARCH_MSM.

Improve the comment of SW workaround for CCM lpm issue using
hardware errata description to avoid confusion.
ERR007265: CCM: When improper low-power sequence is used, the SoC
enters low power mode before the ARM core executes WFI.
Software workaround:
1) Software should trigger IRQ #32 (IOMUX) to be always pending
by setting IOMUX_GPR1_GINT.
2) Software should then unmask IRQ #32 in GPC before setting CCM
Low-Power mode.
3) Software should mask IRQ #32 right after CCM Low-Power mode is
set (set bits 0-1 of CCM_CLPCR).

For ccm clock gate, both 2b'11 and 2b'01 should be treated
as clock enabled, see below description in CCM, whenver CPU
trys to check clock gate's status, system will be in run mode.
2b'00: clock is off during all modes;
2b'01: clock is on in run mode, but off in wait and stop mode;
2b'10: Not applicable;
2b'11: clock is on during all modes, except stop mode.

Common clk framework will disable unused clks in late init only if
they are enabled by default and no one is using it, so we need to
add is_enabled callback for clk framework to get clks' status.
PFD clocks are enabled by hardware reset, so we need to add
interface for common clk framework to disable those unused ones for
saving power.

Let MX35 and MX50 device tree support be built by default.
Generated by doing:
- Selected CONFIG_MACH_IMX35_DT and CONFIG_SOC_IMX50 via 'make menuconfig'
- make savedefconfig
- cp defconfig arch/arm/configs/imx_v6_v7_defconfig
