Some of them were pointless because CONFIG_CAVIUM_RESERVE32 is now always
defined, some were not enough (Yu Zhao reported
"Failed to allocate CAVIUM_RESERVE32 memory area" error).
Removing the directives allows for compiler coverage of RESERVE32 code and
replacing one of [always-true] "ifdef" with a compiler conditional fixes
the [cosmetic] error message.

Now that the irq_data_update_affinity helper exists, enforce its use
by returning a a const cpumask from irq_data_get_affinity_mask.
Since the previous commit already updated places that needed to call
irq_data_update_affinity, this commit updates the remaining code that
either did not modify the cpumask or immediately passed the modified
mask to irq_set_affinity.

Pass a boolean flag to indicate if swiotlb needs to be enabled based on
the addressing needs, and replace the verbose argument with a set of
flags, including one to force enable bounce buffering.
Note that this patch removes the possibility to force xen-swiotlb use
with the swiotlb=force parameter on the command line on x86 (arm and
arm64 never supported that), but this interface will be restored shortly.

On MIPS, the only user of handle_domain_irq() is octeon_irq_ciu3_ip2(),
which is called from the platform-specific plat_irq_dispatch() function
invoked from the early assembly code.
No other irqchip relevant to arch/mips uses handle_domain_irq():
* No other plat_irq_dispatch() function transitively calls
handle_domain_irq().
* No other vectored IRQ dispatch function registered with
set_vi_handler() calls handle_domain_irq().
* No chained irqchip handlers call handle_domain_irq(), which makes
sense as this is meant to only be used by root irqchip handlers.
Currently octeon_irq_ciu3_ip2() passes NULL as the `regs` argument to
handle_domain_irq(), and as handle_domain_irq() will pass this to
set_irq_regs(), any invoked IRQ handlers will erroneously see a NULL
pt_regs if they call get_pt_regs().
Fix this by calling generic_handle_domain_irq() directly, and performing
the necessary irq_{enter,exit}() logic directly in
octeon_irq_ciu3_ip2(). At the same time, deselect HANDLE_DOMAIN_IRQ,
which subsequent patches will remove.
Other than the corrected behaviour of get_pt_regs(), there should be no
functional change as a result of this patch.

Remove all kernel-doc notation in arch/mips/cavium-octeon/executive/.
This removes dozens of kernel-doc warnings.
Most of these functions are static and don't need to be documented
with kernel-doc.
The function comments are still present for anyone who wants to read them.
These files are part of the OCTEON SDK so presumably they are documented
there as well.

This reverts commit d9df9fb901d25b941ab2cfb5b570d91fb2abf7a3.
For the OCTEON boards, it need to patch the built-in DTB before using
it. Previously it judges if it is a built-in DTB by checking
fw_passed_dtb. But after commit 37e5c69ffd41 ("MIPS: head.S: Init
fw_passed_dtb to builtin DTB", the fw_passed_dtb is initialized even
when using built-in DTB. This causes the OCTEON boards boot broken due
to an unpatched built-in DTB is used. Revert the commit d9df9fb901d2 to
restore the codes before the fw_passed_dtb is used and then fix this
issue.
Fixed: 37e5c69ffd41 ("MIPS: head.S: Init fw_passed_dtb to builtin DTB")

The type of 'r' in octeon_irq_init_ciu is 'unsigned int', so 'r < 0'
can't be true.
Fix this by change the type of 'r' and 'i' from 'unsigned int'
to 'int'. As 'i' won't be negative, this change works.

After commit 9cce844abf07 ("MIPS: CPU#0 is not hotpluggable"),
c->hotpluggable is 0 for CPU 0 and it will not generate a control
file in sysfs for this CPU:
[root@linux loongson]# cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/online
cat: /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/online: No such file or directory
[root@linux loongson]# echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/online
bash: /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/online: Permission denied
So no need to check CPU 0 in {loongson3,bmips,octeon}_cpu_disable(),
just remove them.

Currently <crypto/sha.h> contains declarations for both SHA-1 and SHA-2,
and <crypto/sha3.h> contains declarations for SHA-3.
This organization is inconsistent, but more importantly SHA-1 is no
longer considered to be cryptographically secure. So to the extent
possible, SHA-1 shouldn't be grouped together with any of the other SHA
versions, and usage of it should be phased out.
Therefore, split <crypto/sha.h> into two headers <crypto/sha1.h> and
<crypto/sha2.h>, and make everyone explicitly specify whether they want
the declarations for SHA-1, SHA-2, or both.
This avoids making the SHA-1 declarations visible to files that don't
want anything to do with SHA-1. It also prepares for potentially moving
sha1.h into a new insecure/ or dangerous/ directory.

Note that error handling on the result of a call to platform_get_resource()
is unneeded when the value is passed to devm_ioremap_resource(), so remove
it. Then use the helper function that wraps the calls to
platform_get_resource() and devm_ioremap_resource() together.

The __phys_to_dma vs phys_to_dma distinction isn't exactly obvious. Try
to improve the situation by renaming __phys_to_dma to
phys_to_dma_unencryped, and not forcing architectures that want to
override phys_to_dma to actually provide __phys_to_dma.

There are several occurrences of the following pattern:
for_each_memblock(memory, reg) {
start = __pfn_to_phys(memblock_region_memory_base_pfn(reg);
end = __pfn_to_phys(memblock_region_memory_end_pfn(reg));
/* do something with start and end */
}
Using for_each_mem_range() iterator is more appropriate in such cases and
allows simpler and cleaner code.
