* MIPS: PowerTV: Remove support code.Ralf Baechle2013-10-291-101/+0
| | | | | | | | | | Nobody seems to care about this platform anymore and my attempts to find somebody willing to provide some tlc for PowerTV have failed so far. So let's nuke the bloody thing. Signed-off-by: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org> Patchwork: https://patchwork.linux-mips.org/patch/5910/
* MIPS: Whitespace cleanup.Ralf Baechle2013-02-011-3/+3
| | | | | | | | Having received another series of whitespace patches I decided to do this once and for all rather than dealing with this kind of patches trickling in forever. Signed-off-by: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org>
* mips: mark const init data with __initconst instead of __initdataUwe Kleine-König2012-07-191-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | As long as there is no other non-const variable marked __initdata in the same compilation unit it doesn't hurt. If there were one however compilation would fail with error: $variablename causes a section type conflict because a section containing const variables is marked read only and so cannot contain non-const variables. * MIPS: PowerTV: Correct ASIC device register names and locationsDavid VomLehn2010-08-051-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | Correct ASIC device register names and addresses for USB devices. Signed-off-by: David VomLehn <dvomlehn@cisco.com> To: linux-mips@linux-mips.org Patchwork: https://patchwork.linux-mips.org/patch/1258/ Signed-off-by: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org>
* MIPS: PowerTV: Streamline access to platform device registersDavid VomLehn2010-01-281-64/+67
| | | | | | | | | | | | Pre-compute addresses for the basic ASIC registers. This speeds up access and allows memory for unused configurations to be freed. In addition, uninitialized register addresses will be returned as NULL to catch bad usage quickly. * MIPS: PowerTV: Base files for Cisco PowerTV platformDavid VomLehn2009-12-171-0/+98
Add the Cisco Powertv cable settop box to the MIPS tree. This platform is based on a MIPS 24Kc processor with various devices integrated on the same ASIC. There are multiple models of this box, with differing configuration but the same kernel runs across the product line.
