* x86: pvclock: Add flag to indicate that a vm was stopped by the hostEric B Munson2012-04-081-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | This flag will be used to check if the vm was stopped by the host when a soft lockup was detected. The host will set the flag when it stops the guest. On resume, the guest will check this flag if a soft lockup is detected and skip issuing the warning. * x86, paravirt: Enable pvclock flags in vcpu_time_info structureGlauber Costa2010-05-191-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This patch removes one padding byte and transform it into a flags field. New versions of guests using pvclock will query these flags upon each read. Flags, however, will only be interpreted when the guest decides to. It uses the pvclock_valid_flags function to signal that a specific set of flags should be taken into consideration. Which flags are valid are usually devised via HV negotiation. * x86: Fix ASM_X86__ header guardsH. Peter Anvin2008-10-231-3/+3
| | | | | | | | | Change header guards named "ASM_X86__*" to "_ASM_X86_*" since: a. the double underscore is ugly and pointless. b. no leading underscore violates namespace constraints. Signed-off-by: H. Peter Anvin <hpa@zytor.com>
