* module: remove never implemented MODULE_SUPPORTED_DEVICELeon Romanovsky2021-03-171-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | MODULE_SUPPORTED_DEVICE was added in pre-git era and never was implemented. We can safely remove it, because the kernel has grown to have many more reliable mechanisms to determine if device is supported or not. * x86: platform: iris: drop owner assignment from platform_driversWolfram Sang2014-10-201-1/+0
| | | | | | | A platform_driver does not need to set an owner, it will be populated by the driver core. Signed-off-by: Wolfram Sang <wsa@the-dreams.de>
* x86: Delete non-required instances of include <linux/init.h>Paul Gortmaker2014-01-071-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | None of these files are actually using any __init type directives and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to code getting copied from one driver to the next. * arch/x86/platform/iris/iris.c: register a platform device and a platform driverShérab2012-12-191-10/+57
| | | | | | | | | | | | This makes the iris driver use the platform API, so it is properly exposed in /sys. * module_param: make bool parameters really bool (arch)Rusty Russell2012-01-131-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | module_param(bool) used to counter-intuitively take an int. In fddd5201 (mid-2009) we allowed bool or int/unsigned int using a messy trick. It's time to remove the int/unsigned int option. For this version it'll simply give a warning, but it'll break next kernel version. Signed-off-by: Rusty Russell <rusty@rustcorp.com.au>
