This patch skips the deep C1(AFTR -Arm off top running) state for
exynos5440 SoC as this soc does not support this state. The cpu's
only allows the basic C0 state.
The C1 state is filtered by re-initialising the driver state_count
value to 1.

Currently PM domains support will be enabled for EXYNOS4X12 SoCs
only if EXYNOS4210 SoC or EXYNOS5250 SoC support is also enabled.
Fix it by explicitly selecting PM domains support (if PM support
is enabled) by SOC_EXYNOS4212 and SOC_EXYNOS4412 config options.

This patch enables ARCH_HAS_BANDGAP config for exynos4210, 4212,
4412, 5250 and 5440 SOC. This config symbol is recently added to
allow the platforms to enable bandgap based temperature sensor.

Moves the RTC DT node's "status" property from exynos5250 board
(arndale & snow) dts files to exynos5250.dtsi, since the bindings

pxa910_set_wake() & mmp2_set_wake() are both declared in head files
of arch/arm/mach-mmp/include/mach directory. If we include these
head files in irq-mmp driver, it blocks the multiplatform build.
So adjust the code.

The I2C device registration on the different ux500 board was
buggy due to a switch to dynamically assigned I2C host
addresses. This I2C host is still there, but we have to add
the devices dynamically instead of using board data.

The pin definition file dates back to a time before the pin
control subsystem. The functions called inside that pin control
driver are now deleted. Let's get rid of this file.

Hook in the per-CPU boot and sleep code in the shared
mach-shmobile SCU code. CPUs may be kept in the asm
routine until ->boot_secondary() when the per-CPU
boot vector is installed. At the end of ->die() the
asm sleep routine is invoked.

Add per-CPU SMP boot / sleep code that can be used by all
SoCs included in mach-shmobile.
The boot code reads out the per-CPU MPIDR id value and
matches it with the value stored for any CPU number, and
if there is a match and the boot function is set as well
then the boot function will be executed.
The sleep code simply uses WFI and then jumps back to the
boot code to see if anyone has asked to wake up that CPU,
if not it will sleep again.

Update the sh73a0 specific CPU Hotplug code to make use of
the recently introduced shared SCU functions. The sh73a0
power control hardware relies on SCU_PM_POWEROFF with WFI
so the shared SCU code will as-is power down the hardware
as expected.

Add CPU Hotplug functions for SCU equipped mach-shmobile SoCs.
The functions shmobile_smp_scu_cpu_die() together with
shmobile_smp_scu_cpu_kill() perform basic shutdown and
allows checking of shutdown status. These are written
to work together with SMP boot code in headsmp-scu.S.

Add SMP boot functions for SCU equipped mach-shmobile SoCs.
At this point shmobile_smp_scu_prepare_cpus() controls the SCU and
installs boot fn and arg, while shmobile_smp_scu_boot_secondary()
currently does nothing. In the future the boot function and arg
install code will be reworked, so the empty function is ground
work for that.

The total number of SoC GPIOs is only used to compute the base GPIO
number of th PCF8575 GPIO extender on the KZM9G board. As GPIO
allocation became fully dynamic with DT, no other SH73A0 board will use
the GPIO_NR macro. Move it to the KZM9G board file.

Now, r8a7779_init_irq_extpin() uses
platform_device_register_resndata() instead of
