* crypto: sm3 - make dependent on sm3 libraryTianjia Zhang2022-01-281-127/+15
| | | | | | | | | | SM3 generic library is stand-alone implementation, it is necessary making the sm3-generic implementation to depends on SM3 library. The functions crypto_sm3_*() provided by sm3_generic is no longer exported. Signed-off-by: Tianjia Zhang <tianjia.zhang@linux.alibaba.com> Signed-off-by: Herbert Xu <herbert@gondor.apana.org.au>
* crypto: sm3 - export crypto_sm3_final functionTianjia Zhang2020-09-251-3/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | Both crypto_sm3_update and crypto_sm3_finup have been exported, exporting crypto_sm3_final, to avoid having to use crypto_sm3_finup(desc, NULL, 0, dgst) to calculate the hash in some cases. * crypto: run initcalls for generic implementations earlierEric Biggers2019-04-181-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Use subsys_initcall for registration of all templates and generic algorithm implementations, rather than module_init. Then change cryptomgr to use arch_initcall, to place it before the subsys_initcalls. This is needed so that when both a generic and optimized implementation of an algorithm are built into the kernel (not loadable modules), the generic implementation is registered before the optimized one. Otherwise, the self-tests for the optimized implementation are unable to allocate the generic implementation for the new comparison fuzz tests. Note that on arm, a side effect of this change is that self-tests for generic implementations may run before the unaligned access handler has been installed. So, unaligned accesses will crash the kernel. This is arguably a good thing as it makes it easier to detect that type of bug. * crypto: sm3 - fix undefined shift by >= width of valueEric Biggers2019-01-101-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | sm3_compress() calls rol32() with shift >= 32, which causes undefined behavior. This is easily detected by enabling CONFIG_UBSAN. Explicitly AND with 31 to make the behavior well defined. * crypto: shash - remove useless setting of type flagsEric Biggers2018-07-081-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Many shash algorithms set .cra_flags = CRYPTO_ALG_TYPE_SHASH. But this is redundant with the C structure type ('struct shash_alg'), and crypto_register_shash() already sets the type flag automatically, clearing any type flag that was already there. Apparently the useless assignment has just been copy+pasted around. So, remove the useless assignment from all the shash algorithms. This patch shouldn't change any actual behavior.
