Place it in drm_property where drm_property_replace_blob and
drm_property_lookup_blob live. Then we can use the DRM helper for
driver-specific KMS properties too.

Use drmm_crtc_init_with_planes() instead of drm_crtc_init_with_planes()

Using drm_device->dev_private is deprecated. Since we've switched to
devm_drm_dev_alloc(), struct drm_device is now embedded in struct
malidp_drm, hence we can use container_of() to get the struct drm_device
instance instead.

drm_crtc.h has no need for drm_frambuffer.h, so don't include it.
Avoids useless rebuilds of the entire universe when
touching drm_framebuffer.h.
Quite a few placs do currently depend on drm_framebuffer.h without
actually including it directly. All of those need to be fixed
up.

To support legacy gamma ioctls the drivers need to set
drm_crtc_funcs.gamma_set either to a custom implementation or to
drm_atomic_helper_legacy_gamma_set. Most of the atomic drivers do the
latter.
We can simplify this by making the core handle it automatically.
Move the drm_atomic_helper_legacy_gamma_set() functionality into
drm_color_mgmt.c to make drm_mode_gamma_set_ioctl() use
drm_crtc_funcs.gamma_set if set or GAMMA_LUT property if not.

The current atomic helpers have either their object state being passed as
an argument or the full atomic state.
The former is the pattern that was done at first, before switching to the
latter for new hooks or when it was needed.
Let's start convert all the remaining helpers to provide a consistent
interface, starting with the CRTC's atomic_check.
The conversion was done using the coccinelle script below,
built tested on all the drivers and actually tested on vc4.

If the CRTC driver ever needs to access the full DRM state, it can't do so
at atomic_enable / atomic_disable time since drm_atomic_helper_swap_state
will have cleared the pointer from the struct drm_crtc_state to the struct
drm_atomic_state before calling those hooks.
In order to allow that, let's pass the full DRM state to atomic_enable and
atomic_disable. The conversion was done using the coccinelle script below,
built tested on all the drivers and actually tested on vc4.

Having the probe helper stuff (which pretty much everyone needs) in
the drm_crtc_helper.h file (which atomic drivers should never need) is
confusing. Split them out.
To make sure I actually achieved the goal here I went through all
drivers. And indeed, all atomic drivers are now free of
drm_crtc_helper.h includes.
v2: Make it compile. There was so much compile fail on arm drivers
that I figured I'll better not include any of the acks on v1.
v3: Massive rebase because i915 has lost a lot of drmP.h includes, but
not all: Through drm_crtc_helper.h > drm_modeset_helper.h -> drmP.h
there was still one, which this patch largely removes. Which means
rolling out lots more includes all over.
This will also conflict with ongoing drmP.h cleanup by others I
expect.
v3: Rebase on top of atomic bochs.
v4: Review from Laurent for bridge/rcar/omap/shmob/core bits:
- (re)move some of the added includes, use the better include files in
other places (all suggested from Laurent adopted unchanged).
- sort alphabetically
v5: Actually try to sort them, and while at it, sort all the ones I
touch.
v6: Rebase onto i915 changes.
v7: Rebase once more.

Mali-DP has a memory writeback engine which can be used to write the
composition result to a memory buffer. Expose this functionality as a
DRM writeback connector on supported hardware.
Changes since v1:
Daniel Vetter:
- Don't require a modeset when writeback routing changes
- Make writeback connector always disconnected
Changes since v2:
- Rebase onto new drm_writeback_connector
- Add reset callback, allocating subclassed state
Daniel Vetter:
- Squash out-fence support into this commit
Gustavo Padovan:
- Don't signal fence directly from driver (and drop malidp_mw_job)

The top-level error handler calls drm_mode_config_cleanup() which will
destroy all planes. There's no need to destroy them manually in lower
error handlers.
As plane cleanup is now handled entirely by drm_mode_config_cleanup(),
we must ensure that the plane .destroy() handler frees allocated memory
for the plane object that was freed by malidp_de_planes_destroy(). Do so
by replacing the call to devm_kfree() in the .destroy() handler by
kfree(). devm_kfree() is currently a no-op as the plane memory is
allocated with kzalloc(), not devm_kzalloc().

The malidp_hw_device structure that the driver uses to handle the

The CRTC .disable() helper operation is deprecated for atomic drivers,
the new .atomic_disable() helper operation being preferred. Convert all
atomic drivers to .atomic_disable() to avoid cargo-cult use of
.disable() in new drivers.

The old state is useful for drivers that need to perform operations at
enable time that depend on the transition between the old and new
states.
While at it, rename the operation to .atomic_enable() to be consistent
with .atomic_disable(), as the .enable() operation is used by atomic
helpers only.

Now that we have a callback to check if crtc supports a given mode
we can use it in malidp so that we restrict the number of probbed
modes to the ones we can actually display.
Also, remove the mode_fixup() callback as this is no longer needed
because mode_valid() will be called before.

On 32-bit machines, we can't divide 64-bit integers:
drivers/gpu/drm/arm/malidp_crtc.o: In function `malidp_crtc_atomic_check':
malidp_crtc.c:(.text.malidp_crtc_atomic_check+0x3c0): undefined reference to `__aeabi_uldivmod'
malidp_crtc.c:(.text.malidp_crtc_atomic_check+0x3dc): undefined reference to `__aeabi_uldivmod'
This calls the div_u64 function explicitly instead.

When downscaling, mclk needs to be sufficiently higher than pxlclk in
order to be able to fetch the higher-resolution data and produce output
pixels. When not scaling, or when upscaling, mclk can be equal to
pxlclk. Since the driver doesn't control mclk, just ensure that the
requirement is satisfied with the current clock rate.

Enable the scaling engine for upscaling a single plane using the polyphase
scaler. No image enhancement support or downscaling yet*, and composition
result scaling is not implemented.
* Downscaling a plane requires mclk > pxlclk.

Attach that to the CTM property. Also, ensure the input CTM's coefficients
can fit in the DP registers' Q3.12 format.

Add gamma via the DRM GAMMA_LUT/GAMMA_LUT_SIZE CRTC
properties. The expected LUT size is 4096 in order
to produce as accurate a set of segments as possible.
This version uses only the green channel's gamma curve
to set the hardware curve on DP550/650. For the sake of
simplicity, it uses the same table of coefficients for
all 3 curves on DP500.

The rate of mclk depends on the use-case. If no downscaling is required,
then mclk == pxlclk is a valid option; with downscaling however, the
rate at which mclk runs determines how much a plane can be downscaled
before composition. This is a system integration + power management
issue that is more suited to firmware rather than this driver.

legacy drivers. For modern drivers with DRIVER_MODESET flag, the hooks
in struct drm_crtc_funcs should be used instead.
