walkera0701_parport_cb is a local uninitialized structure and the member
function pointers will be pointing to arbitrary locations unless they
are cleared.

Switch everything to the new and more capable implementation of abs().
Mainly to give the new abs() a bit of a workout.

abs() function can not be used with 64 bit values, so let's switch to
abs64(). From include/linux/kernel.h:
/*
* abs() handles unsigned and signed longs, ints, shorts and chars.
* For all input types abs() returns a signed long.
* abs() should not be used for 64-bit types (s64, u64, long long)
* - use abs64() for those.

Postpone claiming the port until the device is opened, instead of doing
that when the driver is loaded.

We have been using -EBUSY where we should have used -EIO or -ENOMEM,
so let's fix that and also add some diagnostic messages.

This will place the joystick's input device into propoer place in sysfs
hierarchy as long as th port has device assigned to it (i.e. it is not
legacy port).

The driver's timer must be set up before enabling IRQ handler, otherwise
bad things may happen.
