The error handling code in tpci200_register does not free interface_regs
allocated by ioremap and the current version of error handling code is
problematic.
Fix this by refactoring the error handling code and free interface_regs
when necessary.

The function tpci200_register called by tpci200_install and
tpci200_unregister called by tpci200_uninstall are in pair. However,
tpci200_unregister has some cleanup operations not in the
tpci200_register. So the error handling code of tpci200_pci_probe has
many different double free issues.
Fix this problem by moving those cleanup operations out of
tpci200_unregister, into tpci200_pci_remove and reverting
the previous commit 9272e5d0028d ("ipack/carriers/tpci200:
Fix a double free in tpci200_pci_probe").

Pull tty / serial updates from Greg KH:
"Here is the big set of tty and serial driver patches for 5.14-rc1.
A bit more than normal, but nothing major, lots of cleanups.
Highlights are:
- lots of tty api cleanups and mxser driver cleanups from Jiri
- build warning fixes
- various serial driver updates
- coding style cleanups
- various tty driver minor fixes and updates
- removal of broken and disable r3964 line discipline (finally!)
All of these have been in linux-next for a while with no reported
issues"

return values >= 0. So make it explicit by the return type too -- use
unsigned int.

Line disciplines expect a positive value or zero returned from
tty->ops->write_room (invoked by tty_write_room). So make this
assumption explicit by using unsigned int as a return value. Both of
tty->ops->write_room and tty_write_room.

The opening comment mark '/**' is used for highlighting the beginning of
kernel-doc comments.
The header for drivers/ipack/carriers/tpci200 follows this syntax, but the
content inside does not comply with kernel-doc.
This line was probably not meant for kernel-doc parsing, but is parsed
due to the presence of kernel-doc like comment syntax(i.e, '/**'), which
causes unexpected warning from kernel-doc.
For e.g., running scripts/kernel-doc -none on
drivers/ipack/carriers/tpci200.c emits:
warning: This comment starts with '/**', but isn't a kernel-doc comment. Refer Documentation/doc-guide/kernel-doc.rst
* tpci200.c
Provide a simple fix by replacing this occurrence with general comment
format, i.e. '/*', to prevent kernel-doc from parsing it.
Also remove the redundant file name from the comment headers.

In the out_err_bus_register error branch of tpci200_pci_probe,
tpci200->info->cfg_regs is freed by tpci200_uninstall()->
tpci200_unregister()->pci_iounmap(..,tpci200->info->cfg_regs)
in the first time.
But later, iounmap() is called to free tpci200->info->cfg_regs
again.
My patch sets tpci200->info->cfg_regs to NULL after tpci200_uninstall()
to avoid the double free.

A driver without a probe function isn't useful as it can never be used.
Let registering such a driver fail already instead of failing every
binding.
This is only cosmetic as there is no ipack driver without a probe function.

Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over
'---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually
decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances.
This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines,
I also fixed the indentation.
There are a variety of indentation styles found.
a) 4 spaces + '---help---'
b) 7 spaces + '---help---'
c) 8 spaces + '---help---'
d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---'
e) 1 tab + '---help---' (correct indentation)
f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---'
g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---'
In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the
following commend:
$ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/'

Pull tty / serial driver updates from Greg KH:
"Here is the "large" TTY and Serial driver update for 5.3-rc1.
It's in the negative number of lines overall as we removed an obsolete
serial driver that was causing problems for some people who were
trying to clean up some apis (the mpsc.c driver, which only worked for
some pre-production hardware that no one has anymore.)
Other than that, lots of tiny changes, cleaning up small things along
with some platform-specific serial driver updates.

The kzalloc() function has a 2-factor argument form, kcalloc(). This
patch replaces cases of:
kzalloc(a * b, gfp)
with:
kcalloc(a * b, gfp)
as well as handling cases of:
kzalloc(a * b * c, gfp)
with:
kzalloc(array3_size(a, b, c), gfp)
as it's slightly less ugly than:
kzalloc_array(array_size(a, b), c, gfp)
This does, however, attempt to ignore constant size factors like:
kzalloc(4 * 1024, gfp)
though any constants defined via macros get caught up in the conversion.
Any factors with a sizeof() of "unsigned char", "char", and "u8" were
dropped, since they're redundant.
The Coccinelle script used for this was:
// Fix redundant parens around sizeof().

Replace ASYNC_INITIALIZED bit in the tty_port::flags field with
TTY_PORT_INITIALIZED bit in the tty_port::iflags field. Introduce helpers
tty_port_set_initialized() and tty_port_initialized() to abstract
atomic bit ops.
Note: the transforms for test_and_set_bit() and test_and_clear_bit()
are unnecessary as the state transitions are already mutually exclusive;
the tty lock prevents concurrent open/close/hangup.

In some condition we receive the break interrupt but nothing is putted
in the Rx FIFO and the correspondend bit in the status register is not
set. Thus, no-one clear the interrupt and the handler will be called
forever.
This patch clear the break interrupt as soon as it occurs. Then, if the
break character '\0' is putted in the fifo we will manage it.
We can also unmask the Break interrupt but its bit in ISR is still set
on break. So I think is better to keep the registers clean.

The request for an IRQ handler must be done after whole configuration. This
was not the case for this driver which request the IRQ in the middle of
the configuration. Sometimes, it happens that something is not completely
configured, we recieve an interrupt thus we stumble into troubles in the
IRQ handler.

In some conditions (echo or particular sequence of special
characters), on buffer push, the tty layer calls the write operation
while we are holding the spinlock. This means deadlock within the same
process on kernels version < 3.12. It seems not a problem on recent
kernel, but the patch still valid as locking optimization.
The protected variables by the spinlock are: xmit_buf, nb_bytes,
pointer_read and pointer_write. So, this patch reduces the locked area
in the IRQ handler only to these variables. Most of the code inside the
locked area in the IRQ handler is not protected elsewhere; it means
that it is not protected at all.

One function is ipack_device_init(). If it fails, the caller should execute
ipack_put_device().
The second function is ipack_device_add that only adds the device. If
it fails, the caller should execute ipack_put_device().
Then the device is removed with refcount = 0, as device_register() kernel
documentation says.
ipack_device_del() is added to remove the device.

RX is enabled when the tty port is open, so no need to do it in initialization

Trying to setup the pppd server to use ipoctal's serial ports, it says the ports
are busy the first time. If the operation is repeated, a kernel bug due to a
dereference of a NULL pointer appears.
Removing the one-access-only setup from the driver, removes this kernel bug.

It is an unsigned int so that check is pointless.
