* mtd: remove the tqm8xxl map driverArtem Bityutskiy2013-04-051-249/+0
| | | | | | | | This driver depends on the CONFIG_TQM8xxL symbol, which is not defined anywhere, which means that this driver is dead. Signed-off-by: Artem Bityutskiy <artem.bityutskiy@linux.intel.com> Signed-off-by: David Woodhouse <David.Woodhouse@intel.com>
* mtd: tqm8xll: convert to mtd_device_register()Jamie Iles2011-05-251-15/+5
| | | | | | | | | Convert to mtd_device_register() and remove the CONFIG_MTD_PARTITIONS preprocessor conditionals as partitioning is always available. * mtd: remove unnecessary casts of void ptr returning alloc function return valuesJesper Juhl2010-12-031-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | The [vk][cmz]alloc(_node) family of functions return void pointers which it's completely unnecessary/pointless to cast to other pointer types since that happens implicitly. This patch removes such casts from drivers/mtd/ Signed-off-by: Jesper Juhl <jj@chaosbits.net> Signed-off-by: Artem Bityutskiy <Artem.Bityutskiy@nokia.com> Signed-off-by: David Woodhouse <David.Woodhouse@intel.com>
* [MTD] Make init_tqm_mtd function staticDmitri Vorobiev2008-12-101-1/+1
| | | | | | | | The init_tqm_mtd function does not need to be defined globally in drivers/mtd/maps/tqm8xxl.c. Make it static. Signed-off-by: Dmitri Vorobiev <dmitri.vorobiev@movial.fi> Signed-off-by: David Woodhouse <David.Woodhouse@intel.com>
* MTD/JFFS2: remove CVS keywordsAdrian Bunk2008-06-041-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | Once upon a time, the MTD repository was using CVS. This patch therefore removes all usages of the no longer updated CVS keywords from the MTD code. This also includes code that printed them to the user. Signed-off-by: Adrian Bunk <bunk@kernel.org> Signed-off-by: David Woodhouse <dwmw2@infradead.org>

* [PATCH] fix missing includesTim Schmielau2005-10-311-1/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | I recently picked up my older work to remove unnecessary #includes of sched.h, starting from a patch by Dave Jones to not include sched.h from module.h. This reduces the number of indirect includes of sched.h by ~300. Another ~400 pointless direct includes can be removed after this disentangling (patch to follow later). However, quite a few indirect includes need to be fixed up for this. In order to feed the patches through -mm with as little disturbance as possible, I've split out the fixes I accumulated up to now (complete for i386 and x86_64, more archs to follow later) and post them before the real patch. This way this large part of the patch is kept simple with only adding #includes, and all hunks are independent of each other. So if any hunk rejects or gets in the way of other patches, just drop it. My scripts will pick it up again in the next round. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
