* wifi: atmel: remove wext style at76c50x driversArnd Bergmann2023-10-301-35/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Atmel at76c502/at76c504/at76c506 is a PIO-only (PCMCIA, mini-PCI and Cardbus) 802.11b driver with incomplete CFG80211 support. Both PCMCIA and WEXT are deprecated, and there is little chance that anyone is still using this driver, so remove it. The related at76c50x USB driver uses MAC80211 and remains. * wifi: add HAS_IOPORT dependenciesNiklas Schnelle2023-05-251-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | In a future patch HAS_IOPORT=n will result in inb()/outb() and friends not being declared. We thus need to add HAS_IOPORT as dependency for those drivers using them. * treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help'Masahiro Yamada2020-06-131-5/+5
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over '---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances. This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines, I also fixed the indentation. There are a variety of indentation styles found. a) 4 spaces + '---help---' b) 7 spaces + '---help---' c) 8 spaces + '---help---' d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---' e) 1 tab + '---help---' (correct indentation) f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---' g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---' In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the following commend: $ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/' Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <masahiroy@kernel.org>

* net/wireless: fix spaces and grammar copy/paste in vendor Kconfig help textRandy Dunlap2018-03-131-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Lots of the wireless driver vendor Kconfig symol help text says "questions about cards." (2 spaces between "about" and "cards") Besides dropping one of those spaces, it also needs some other word inserted there. Instead of putting each vendor's name there, I chose to say "these" cards in all of the Kconfig help text.
