There's a lot of mvm code that really should be more generic
and part of the iwlwifi module. Start by making a place to
keep such code - in the new "fw" subdirectory - and already
move the firmware related header files there.

New FW versions require the D0I3_END_CMD to be sent as the first
command to the FW in the resume flow. If the TLV is set, send that
command first, otherwise keep the original behavior (i.e. send last).

Support change to ADD_STA API to support station types.
Each station is assigned its type.
This simplifies FW handling of the broadcast and multicast
stations:
* broadcast station is identified by its type and not the mac
address.
* multicast queue is no longer treated differently. The opening
and closing of it is done by referring to its station.
There is no need to specify it in the MAC command.
* When disabling TX to all station driver can disable the traffic
on multicast station, so FW doesn't have to do it.
Change is backward compatible.
Change the order of adding and removing the stations according to
FW requirements.

The command was changed to support PN offload and TKIP offload.
The FW will do TKIP calculations in D0 only for a000 devices,
but API is aligned anyway.
However, for all devices we can stop sending the wowlan tkip
command.
Firmware will fetch the keys from the station key command.

For a000 devices the binding API needs to include relevant
lmac ID - support the new API.
The new API should be used regardless if the device had CDB or
not. If there is no actual CDB support the binding is bound
to first lmac regardless of the band.
There are some functionality changes in binding restrictions
and quota allocations that will be handled in future patches.

The maximum number of firmware sections is now 32 instead of 16 for
a000 devices. Set the appropriate define. Avoid out of bounds access
in case there are more sections than the maximum set by driver.
Make the driver extensible to FW size changes by allocating the
section memory dynamically.

Due to some new features and changes, the firmware file will now
specify what type of memory to dump, in upper 8 bits of the type
field of the TLV. Parse it (types we don't understand are errors)
and teach the code to dump periphery memory.

There's no reason to be validating the memory dump types, or
checking them for duplication, or anything, since we really
just pass them through from the TLV to the dump.
Thus, change the way we handle memory dump TLVs to let the
driver just blindly use anything specified there, dumping it
into the memory dump output file.
This makes the system extensible without driver changes.

__bitwise__ used to mean "yes, please enable sparse checks
unconditionally", but now that we dropped __CHECK_ENDIAN__
__bitwise is exactly the same.
There aren't many users, replace it by __bitwise everywhere.

When using RSS on 9000 series devices, we can't rely on processing the
received frames for station powersave handling, since they could be
processed on different CPUs and out of order.
In order to still manage the powersave of stations, the firmware sends
a notification on sleep->wake, wake->sleep and - for U-APSD - frames
received with PM while already sleeping (with the TID.)
With this, the driver can set AP_LINK_PS, which is required for real
parallel RX. In addition, this requires checking for PS-Poll frames
and calling ieee80211_sta_pspoll() appropriately.

FW versions older than -17 for 3160 and 7260 and older than -22 for
newer NICs are not supported anymore. Don't load these versions
and remove code that handles them.

Add support for the v4 version of the TX power command. Just add a
new version and do the same sizing tricks that were done when support
for v3 was introduced.
This patch doesn't support the new functionality introduced, but makes
the driver work with the new size of the command.

Add support CSA countdown offloading. When CSA starts, the driver
specifies the offsets to the eCSA and CSA IEs in the beacon template
command and the fw performs the countdown.
The fw notifies the driver when the channel switch flow
should be performed.
Beacon sent notifications are not used anymore.

Ucode capability bit 26 indicates support for UAPSD on P2P interface
even with a simultaneous BSS station interface, as long as both
interfaces are in the same binding. Change the name of the
capability bit to reflect that.

In commit 97f95c93c8ed ("iwlwifi: remove support for fw older than
-16.ucode") we accidentally changed the fw version reading code for
DVM devices. The code intended to remove the old fw version API,
because all MVM firmwares version 16 and above that we support don't
use it anymore. But DVM devices still use the old FW API.
Fix that by bringing the code back in.

Currently reading the fw memory segments is done according to
addresses and data length that are hard-coded.
Lately a new tlv was appended to the ucode, that contains
the data type, length and address.
Parse this tlv, and in run-time store the memory segments length
and addresses that would be dumped upon a fw error.

LQM stands for Link Quality Measurement. The firmware
will collect a defined set of statitics (see the
notification for details) that allow to know how busy
the medium is. The driver issues a request to the firmware
that includes the duration of the measurement (the firmware
needs to be on channel for that amount of time) and the
timeout (in case the firmware has a lot of offchannel
activities). If the timeout elapses, the firmware will
send partial results which are still valuable.
In case of disassociation / channel switch and alike, the
driver is in charge of stopping the measurements and the
firmware will reply with partial results.
The user space API for now is debugfs only and will be
implmemented in an upcoming patch.

In case of FW error, support dumping the UMAC internal txfifos.
To do so, support version 2 of shared memory cfg command, which
contains the sizes of the internal txfifos, and move the command
to the system group.

Gscan capabilities were updated with new capabilities supported
by the device. While at it, simplify the firmware support
conditional and move both conditions into the WARN() to make it
easier to undertand and use the unlikely() for both.

Till today, the ucode consisted of two d0 images - regular,
in which the usniffer wasn't enabled, and usniffer, in which the
usniffer logs were enabled.
Lately, the two images were unified, so there is only one d0 image,
in which the usniffer logs are enabled.
Add new TLV capability for supporting the consolidated images
(set 2, bit 13).

Register cooling device in order to have the Thermal
Manager handle the device's power budget according to the sent
notifications.
The interface adds a new thermal cooling device to
/sys/class/thermal/ folder.

Up to today the driver was notified of the temperature from the FW
and decided whether to enter CT-kill or not.
From now on, the FW will decide when to enter CT-kill and will notify
the driver.
Add support for this notification.

Previous patches enabled the multi-queue rx path based on
iwl_mvm_has_new_rx_api() which returned false by default.
Change it to return the actual value based on the firmware
TLV which is now defined.

Currently firmware is configured to filter out beacons. In case
a beacon was changed - it is waking the host.
However, some vendors change their IEs frequently without any
significant change, and redundant wakeups are triggered as a
result.
As a solution disable beacon filtering when entering d0i3.
Instead, firmware will store the latest beacon and upon exiting
d0i3 it will send it up to the host, so the host can act upon
changes (if there were any).
This beacon will arrive as a dedicated notification - support it
as well.

Enable snoozing and U-APSD on P2P client. The firwmare will
support this only if the BSS vif is not associated.
Make this configurable by a constant variable and disable
it by default.

Currently when the driver is configured with wowlan parameters, and enters
D3 mode, the driver switches the FW image to D3, and when it exists
suspend, it reloads the D0 image.
If the firmware supports the consolidation of the D0 & D3 images there is
no need to load the D3 image on suspend, and no need to reload the D0
image on resume.
Do not switch images on suspend / resume, for firmwares that support
consolidated images.

Allow the user to configure a non-trigger session - a window
between triggers in which the driver won't collect fw debug data.
This can be useful when the frequent collection of fw data
has an impact on the performance, such as debugging
tx flows.

The firmware knows better what antenna to choose.
Old firmware still need the setting, so use a flag to know
if the driver should choose the antenna or if the firmware
can do it iself.

This will allow to catch different TDLS events and get the
firmware data when they occur.
Add empty TX_LATENCY trigger on the way to avoid mismatch
with trees in which this trigger is implemented.

When there's a bt-wifi contention that requires arbitration,
we use a priority-based mechanism to decide which comm wins.
Over time, use cases become more and more complex, with multiple
concurrent active links with different traffic types and different QoS
requirements, on both WiFi and BT sides.
This, in turn, requires us to elaborate our prioritization mechanism.
However, our legacy products included hw that does not supports this,
so selectively enable this on specific hw - as signaled by the firmware.
