firewire-core uses fw_card.lock to protect topology data and transaction
data. firewire-sbp2 uses fw_card.lock for entirely unrelated purposes.
Introduce a sbp2_target.lock to firewire-sbp2 and replace all
fw_card.lock uses in the driver. fw_card.lock is now entirely private
to firewire-core. This has no immediate advantage apart from making it
clear in the code that firewire-sbp2 does not interact with the core
via the core lock.

The assertion in the comment in sbp2_allow_block() is no longer true.
Or maybe it never was true. At least now, the sole caller of
sbp2_allow_block(), sbp2_login, can run concurrently to one of
sbp2_unblock()'s callers, sbp2_remove.
sbp2_login is performed by sbp2_logical_unit.work.
sbp2_remove is performed by fw_device.work.
sbp2_remove cancels sbp2_logical_unit.work, but only after it called
sbp2_unblock.

fw_csr_string() truncates and terminates target strings like strlcpy()
does. Unlike strlcpy(), it returns the target strlen, not the source
strlen, hence users of fw_csr_string() are unable to detect truncation.
Point this behavior out in the kerneldoc comment.

vm_map_ram() is intended for short-lived objects, so using it for the AR
buffers could fragment address space, especially on a 32-bit machine.
For an allocation that lives as long as the device, vmap() is the better
choice.

Currently, all restart handler use the priority 128, including
watchdogs. Probably most SoC have a watchdog, and some of them
register it also as a restart handler. But if a SoC specifies
a dedicated reboot capability using this syscon driver, this is
usually the preferred reboot method. Hence, raise the priority
of this driver to 192.

When issuing a MAPD command, one of the parameters passed to the ITS
is the number of EventID bits used to index the per-device Interrupt
Translation Table (ITT). Crucially, this is the number of bits
*minus one*.
This has two consequences:
- The size of the ITT has to be a strict power of two, no matter
how many different events the device is actually going to generate.
- It is impossible to express an ITT with a single entry, as you
would have to tell the ITS to "use zero bit from the EventID",
and that clashes with "minus one" above.
Fix this by allocating the ITT with the number of vectors rounded up
to the next power of two, with a minimum of two entries.

The interrupt translation is driven by a set of tables (device,

the redistributors rely on a couple of tables (configuration, and
pending) to deliver the interrupts to the CPUs.
This patch adds the required allocators for these tables.

LPIs are the type of interrupts that are used by the ITS. Given
the size of the namespace (anywhere between 16 and 32bit), interrupt
IDs are allocated in chunks of 32.

The ITS is configured through a number commands that the driver
issues to the HW using a memory-based circular buffer.
This patch implements the subset of commands that are required
for Linux.

The basic GICv3 driver has almost no use for the redistributor
(other than the basic per-CPU interrupts), but the ITS needs
a lot more from them.
As such, rework the set of data structures. The behaviour of the
GICv3 driver is otherwise unaffected.

In order to start supporting stacked domains, convert the GICv3
code base to the new domain hierarchy framework, which mostly
amounts to supporting the new alloc/free callbacks.

rpmsg: use less buffers when vrings are small

Adjust the number of rpmsg buffers to rely on the size of the
vring, instead of using the hard coded value of 512 (256 per
direction).
This is needed when small vrings are being used, where 256
buffers are too much to fit in a vring.
While considering the vring size, keep using the 512 hard coded
value as an upper limit to avoid wacky resource tables consuming
unreasonable amount of memory.
NOTE: The number of buffers is already assumed to be symmetrical
in each direction, and that logic is unchanged.

Pull drm updates from Dave Airlie:
"Highlights:
- AMD KFD driver merge
This is the AMD HSA interface for exposing a lowlevel interface for
GPGPU use. They have an open source userspace built on top of this
interface, and the code looks as good as it was going to get out of
tree.
- Initial atomic modesetting work
The need for an atomic modesetting interface to allow userspace to
try and send a complete set of modesetting state to the driver has
arisen, and been suffering from neglect this past year. No more,
the start of the common code and changes for msm driver to use it
are in this tree. Ongoing work to get the userspace ioctl finished
and the code clean will probably wait until next kernel.
- DisplayID 1.3 and tiled monitor exposed to userspace.
Tiled monitor property is now exposed for userspace to make use of.
- Rockchip drm driver merged.
- imx gpu driver moved out of staging

- i915:

http://git.linaro.org/people/benjamin.gaignard/kernel into drm-next
This series of patches fix various issues in STI drm driver.
Now HDMI i2c adapter could be selected in device tree
and plug detection doesn't use gpio anymore.
I also had fix some signal timing problems after testing the driver
on more hardware.
The remaining patches attemps to simplify the code and prepare
the next evolutions like DVO and auxiliary CRTC support
