The data structure of_match_ptr() protects is always compiled in.
Hence of_match_ptr() is not needed.

There are four I2C interfaces on r8a7790, each of them can be connected to
one of the two respective I2C controllers, e.g. interface #0 can be
configured to work with I2C0 or with IIC0. Additionally some of those
interfaces can also use one of several pin sets. Interface #3 is special,
because it can be used in automatic mode for DVFS. It only has one set
of pins available and those pins cannot be used for anything else, they
also lack the GPIO function.
This patch uses the sh-pfc ability to configure pins, not associated with
GPIOs and adds support for I2C3 to the r8a7790 PFC set up.

The driver cannot be built as a module, so having a MODULE_ALIAS() isn't
useful.
While at it, fix a small typo in the file header comment and make the
module description string consistent with those for earlier Tegra SoCs.

Palmas pinmux and pin configuration support the single pin level
configuration in place of pin group.
Hence it is only require to pin_config_{set|get} and do not require
pin_config_group_{set|get}. As core framework already check for
require APIs availability, it is not require to implement as dummy
for non-require ops and so removing it.

Replace at91_mux_get_deglitch with at91_mux_pio3_get_deglitch when using
sam9x5 (pio3) IP.
at91_mux_get_deglitch only test the activation of the "Input Filter" which
may be overloaded by the activation of the "Input Filter Slow Clock" to use
the input filter as a debounce filter instead of a deglitch filter.
Fix at91_mux_pio3_get_debounce to test the activation of the Input Filter
before testing the activation of the debounce filter (Input Filter Slow
Clock depends on Input Filter).
Fix at91_mux_pio3_set_debounce function to avoid disabling the deglitch
filter ("Input Filter") when debounce filter is disabled.

The new ADI GPIO2 controller was introduced since the BF548 and BF60x
processors. It differs a lot from the old one on BF5xx processors. So,
create a pinctrl driver under the pinctrl framework.
- Define gpio ports and pin interrupt controllers as individual platform
devices.
- Register a pinctrl driver for the whole GPIO ports and pin interrupt
devices.
- Probe pint devices before port devices. Put device instances into
the global gpio and pint lists.
- Define peripheral, irq and gpio reservation bit masks for each gpio
port as runtime resources.
- Save and restore gpio port and pint status MMRs in syscore PM functions.
- Create the plug-in subdrivers to hold the pinctrl soc data for bf54x
and bf60x. Add soc data into struct adi_pinctrl. Initialize the soc data
in pin controller probe function. Get the pin groups and functions via
the soc data reference.
- Call gpiochip_add_pin_range() in gpio device probe function to register
range cross reference between gpio device and pin control device.
- Get range by pinctrl_find_gpio_range_from_pin(), find gpio_port object
by container_of() and find adi_pinctrl by pin control device name.
- Handle peripheral and gpio requests in pinctrl operation functions.
- Demux gpio IRQs via the irq_domain created by each GPIO port.

The Armada XP timer has two mandatory clock inputs: nbclk and refclk,
as specified by the device-tree binding.
This commit fixes the clock selection. Instead of hard-coding the clock
rate for the 25 MHz reference fixed-clock, obtain the clock by its name.

If the clock fails to be obtained and the timer fails to be properly
registered, the kernel will freeze real soon. Instead, let's BUG()
where the actual problem is located.

The Armada XP SoC clocksource driver cannot work without the 25 MHz
fixed timer. Therefore it's appropriate to introduce a new compatible
string and use it to set the 25 MHz fixed timer.
The 'marvell,timer-25MHz' property will be marked as deprecated.

This commit creates two functions to access the TIMER_CTRL register:
one for global one for the per-cpu. This makes the code much more
readable. In addition, since the TIMER_CTRL register is also used for
watchdog, this is preparation work for future thread-safe improvements.

Add support for CMT hardware with 32-bit control and counter
registers, as found on r8a73a4 and r8a7790. To use the CMT
with 32-bit hardware a second I/O memory resource needs to
point out the CMSTR register and it needs to be 32 bit wide.

get_peb_for_wl() removes the PEB from the free list.
If the WL subsystem detects that no wear leveling is needed
it cancels the operation and drops the gained PEB.
In this case we have to put the PEB back into the free list.
This issue was introduced with commit ed4b7021c
(UBI: remove PEB from free tree in get_peb_for_wl()).

This change complements commit d0da7c002f7b2a93582187a9e3f73891a01d8ee4
and brings clear_ioasic_irq back, renaming it to clear_ioasic_dma_irq at
the same time, to make I/O ASIC DMA interrupts functional.
Unlike ordinary I/O ASIC interrupts DMA interrupts need to be deasserted
by software by writing 0 to the respective bit in I/O ASIC's System
Interrupt Register (SIR), similarly to how CP0.Cause.IP0 and CP0.Cause.IP1
bits are handled in the CPU (the difference is SIR DMA interrupt bits are
R/W0C so there's no need for an RMW cycle). Otherwise the handler is
reentered over and over again.
The only current user is the DEC LANCE Ethernet driver and its extremely
uncommon DMA memory error handler that does not care when exactly the
interrupt is cleared. Anticipating the use of DMA interrupts by the Zilog
SCC driver this change however exports clear_ioasic_dma_irq for device
drivers to choose the right application-specific sequence to clear the
request explicitly rather than calling it implicitly in the .irq_eoi
handler of `struct irq_chip'. Previously these interrupts were cleared in
the .end handler of the said structure, before it was removed.

This change extends the amilo_rfkill_id_table[] with the DMI_BOARD_NAME information of the Amilo L1310, so that the wifi device can be switched on.

The current code returns a mix of acpi_status and kernel error codes.
It should just return kernel error codes. There are already error paths
in this function which return -ENOMEM and that's what the caller
expects.

The usage of strict_strtoul() and strict_strtol() is not preferred,
because strict_strtoul() and strict_strtol() are obsolete. Thus,
kstrtoul() and kstrtol() should be used.

This patch changes the Samsung Q10 backlight driver to use ACPI methods
(the same ones as triggered by the brightness up/down function keys)
instead of direct EC calls. The advantage is that the brightness setting
is not lost on shutdown.

Some new Lenovo or ThinkPad laptops don't have EC controllable LEDs,
their LED quirks are 0. This patch set led_supported=TPACPI_LED_NONE
when quirk equals 0.

Not all 0-15 LEDs are available for all models, sometimes it's even not
safe. This patch return -NODEV while operating uninitialized LEDs.

Kernel panics due to NULL lport while executing the log message because
of synchronization issues between libfc and scsi transport fc. Checking
for NULL pointers at the beginning of this routine would resolve the issue
from kernel panic point of view.

Hitting BUG_ON(io_req->abts_done) in fnic_rport_exch_reset in case of
timing issue and also to some extent locking issue where abts and terminate
is happening around same timing.
The code changes are intended to update CMD_STATE(sc) and
io_req->abts_done together.
