This patch adds an attribute, NL80211_ATTR_INACTIVITY_TIMEOUT,
to set the inactivity timeout which can be used to remove the
station in AP mode. This can be passed in NL80211_CMD_START_AP
and used by the drivers which have AP MLME in firmware but
don't support get_station() properly. To disable inactivity
timer in userspace, wpa_s for example, there is a new flag,
NL80211_FEATURE_INACTIVITY_TIMER, in nl80211_feature_flags
through which drivers can register their capability to use
the inactivity timeout to free the stations.

For A-MPDU rx it makes sense to only process the signal strength once per
aggregate instead of once per subframe. Additonally, some hardware (e.g.
Atheros) only provides valid signal strength information for the last
subframe.

Mesh peer links are established only if average rssi of the peer
candidate satisfies the threshold. This is not in 802.11s specification
but was requested by David Fulgham, an open80211s user. This is a way to avoid
marginal peer links with stations that are barely within range.
This patch adds a new mesh configuration parameter, mesh_rssi_threshold. This
feature is supported only for hardwares that report signal in dBm.

On SoCs the sprom is stored in the nvram in a special partition on the
flash chip. The nvram contains the sprom for the main bus, but
sometimes also for a pci devices using bcma. This patch makes it
possible for the arch code to register a function to fetch the needed
sprom from the nvram and provide it to the bcma code.

This patch extends the sprom struct to contain all sprom attributes
found in sprom version 1 to 9. This was done accordingly to the open
source part of the Broadcom SDK.

On sprom version 4 and 5 there are 4 values for pa_2g, pa_5gl, pa_5g

There is no 2.4 GHz or 5GHz antenna gain stored in sprom. The sprom
just stores the gain values for antenna 1 and 2 or 1 to 4 for more
recent sprom versions. On old devices antenna 2 was used for 5 GHz wifi.

Some parts of the sprom struct are bigger than needed.
The leddc and maxpwr values are just 8 bit long and not 16.
rxpo2g and rxpo5g are signed
I got these information for the open source part of the Broadcom SDK
covering sprom version 1 to 9. rxpo2g contained a negative number on my
bcm5354 based device, this cased an error and Broadcom SDK says this is
signed.

This renames the IEEE80211_TX_CTL_POLL_RESPONSE
TX flag to IEEE80211_TX_CTL_NO_PS_BUFFER and also
uses it for non-bufferable MMPDUs (all MMPDUs but
deauth, disassoc and action frames.)
Previously, mac80211 would let the MMPDU through
but not set the flag so drivers supporting some
hardware aids for avoiding the PS races would
then reject the frame.

The AP/GO mode API isn't very clearly defined, it
has "set beacon" and "new beacon" etc.
Modify the API to the following:
* start AP -- all settings
* change beacon -- new beacon data
* stop AP -- stop AP mode operation
This also reflects in the nl80211 API, rename
the commands there correspondingly (but keep
the old names for compatibility.)
Overall, this makes it much clearer what's going
on in the API.
Kalle developed the ath6kl changes, I created
the rest of the patch.

__cancel_delayed_work() is being used in some paths where we cannot
sleep waiting for the delayed work to finish. However, that function
might return while the timer is running and the work will be queued
again. Replace the calls with safer cancel_delayed_work() version
which spins until the timer handler finishes on other CPUs and
cancels the delayed work.

We don't need to use the _sync variant in hci_conn_hold and
hci_conn_put to cancel conn->disc_work delayed work. This way
we avoid potential deadlocks like this one reported by lockdep.

Since bluetooth uses multiple protocols types, to avoid lockdep
warnings, we need to use different lockdep classes (one for each
protocol type).
This is already done in bt_sock_create but it misses a couple of cases
when new connections are created. This patch corrects that to fix the
following warning:

After moving L2CAP timers to workqueues l2cap_set_timer expects timeout
value to be specified in jiffies but constants defined in miliseconds
are used. This makes timeouts unreliable when CONFIG_HZ is not set to
1000.
__set_chan_timer macro still uses jiffies as input to avoid multiple
conversions from/to jiffies for sk_sndtimeo value which is already
specified in jiffies.

sysctl_tcp_mem() initialization was moved to sysctl_tcp_ipv4.c
in commit 3dc43e3e4d0b52197d3205214fe8f162f9e0c334, since it
became a per-ns value.
That code, however, will never run when CONFIG_SYSCTL is
disabled, leading to bogus values on those fields - causing hung
TCP sockets.
This patch fixes it by keeping an initialization code in
tcp_init(). It will be overwritten by the first net namespace
init if CONFIG_SYSCTL is compiled in, and do the right thing if
it is compiled out.
It is also named properly as tcp_init_mem(), to properly signal

By definition net_generic should never be called when it can return
NULL. Fail conspicously with a BUG_ON to make it clear when people mess
up that a NULL return should never happen.
Recently there was a bug in the CAIF subsystem where it was registered
with register_pernet_device instead of register_pernet_subsys. It was
erroneously concluded that net_generic could validly return NULL and
that net_assign_generic was buggy (when it was just inefficient).
Hopefully this BUG_ON will prevent people to coming to similar erroneous
conclusions in the futrue.

Commit 36a1211970193ce215de50ed1e4e1272bc814df1 removed linux/module.h
include statement from one of the headers that end up in net/sock.h.
It was providing us with static_branch() definition implicitly, so
after its removal the build got broken.
To fix this, and avoid having this happening in the future,
let me do the right thing and include linux/jump_label.h
explicitly in sock.h.

There is a case in __sk_mem_schedule(), where an allocation
is beyond the maximum, but yet we are allowed to proceed.
It happens under the following condition:
sk->sk_wmem_queued + size >= sk->sk_sndbuf
The network code won't revert the allocation in this case,
meaning that at some point later it'll try to do it. Since
this is never communicated to the underlying res_counter
code, there is an inbalance in res_counter uncharge operation.
I see two ways of fixing this:
1) storing the information about those allocations somewhere
in memcg, and then deducting from that first, before
we start draining the res_counter,
2) providing a slightly different allocation function for
the res_counter, that matches the original behavior of
the network code more closely.
I decided to go for #2 here, believing it to be more elegant,
since #1 would require us to do basically that, but in a more
obscure way.

For the memcg sock code, we'll need to register allocations
that are temporarily over limit. Let's make sure that margin
is 0 in this case.
I am keeping this as a separate patch, so that if any weirdness
interaction appears in the future, we can now exactly what caused
it.

Correctly implement a loss detection heuristic: New sequences (above
high_seq) sent during the fast recovery are deemed lost when higher
sequences are SACKed.
Current code does not catch these losses, because tcp_mark_head_lost()
does not check packets beyond high_seq. The fix is straight-forward by
checking packets until the highest sacked packet. In addition, all the
FLAG_DATA_LOST logic are in-effective and redundant and can be removed.
Update the loss heuristic comments. The algorithm above is documented
as heuristic B, but it is redundant too because heuristic A already
covers B.
Note that this change only marks some forward-retransmitted packets LOST.
It does NOT forbid TCP performing further CWR on new losses. A potential
follow-up patch under preparation is to perform another CWR on "new"
losses such as
1) sequence above high_seq is lost (by resetting high_seq to snd_nxt)
2) retransmission is lost.

Commit 33e638b, "PM / Sleep: Use the freezer_count() functions in
[un]lock_system_sleep() APIs" introduced an undesirable change in the
behaviour of unlock_system_sleep() since freezer_count() internally calls
try_to_freeze() - which we don't need in unlock_system_sleep().
And commit bcda53f, "PM / Sleep: Replace mutex_[un]lock(&pm_mutex) with
[un]lock_system_sleep()" made these APIs wide-spread. This caused a
regression in suspend-to-disk where snapshot_read() and snapshot_write()
were getting frozen due to the try_to_freeze embedded in
unlock_system_sleep(), since these functions were invoked when the freezing
condition was still in effect.
Fix this by rewriting unlock_system_sleep() by open-coding freezer_count()
and dropping the try_to_freeze() part. Not only will this fix the
regression but this will also ensure that the API only does what it is
intended to do, and nothing more, under the hood.
While at it, make the code more correct and robust by ensuring that the
PF_FREEZER_SKIP flag gets cleared with pm_mutex held, to avoid a race with
the freezer.
Also, to be on the safer side, open-code freezer_do_not_count() as well
(inside lock_system_sleep()), to ensure that any unrelated modification to
freezer[_do_not]_count() does not break things again!

that find_get_pages() on shmem would return 0 (appearing to callers to
mean end of tree) when it meets a run of nr_pages swap entries.
The only uses of find_get_pages() on shmem are via pagevec_lookup(),
called from invalidate_mapping_pages(), and from shmctl SHM_UNLOCK's
scan_mapping_unevictable_pages(). The first is already commented, and
not worth worrying about; but the second can leave pages on the
Unevictable list after an unusual sequence of swapping and locking.
Fix that by using shmem_find_get_pages_and_swap() (then ignoring the
swap) instead of pagevec_lookup().
But I don't want to contaminate vmscan.c with shmem internals, nor
shmem.c with LRU locking. So move scan_mapping_unevictable_pages() into
shmem.c, renaming it shmem_unlock_mapping(); and rename
check_move_unevictable_page() to check_move_unevictable_pages(), looping
down an array of pages, oftentimes under the same lock.
Leave out the "rotate unevictable list" block: that's a leftover from
when this was used for /proc/sys/vm/scan_unevictable_pages, whose flawed
handling involved looking at pages at tail of LRU.
Was there significance to the sequence first ClearPageUnevictable, then
test page_evictable, then SetPageUnevictable here? I think not, we're
under LRU lock, and have no barriers between those.

kdump only allocates memory for the prstatus ELF note. For s390x,
besides of prstatus multiple ELF notes for various different register
types are stored. Therefore the currently allocated memory is not
sufficient. With this patch the KEXEC_NOTE_BYTES macro can be defined
by architecture code and for s390x it is set to the correct size now.

It seems that my sparc64 compiler (gcc-3.4.5) doesn't like the forward
declaration of enums.
Fix this by moving the "enum migrate_mode" definition into its own header
file.
