This can be simplified by delegating responsibility of freeing skb to the vport implementation for all cases. So that vport-send needs just update stats. This can result in use after free if there is another operation that is removing a socket at the same time. Solving this requires both holding the appropriate lock and checking the refcount to ensure that it has not already hit zero. Inspired by a related (but not exactly the same) issue in the VXLAN driver. 	This adds a device level support for Geneve -- Generic Network Virtualization Encapsulation. The protocol is documented at http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-gross-geneve-01 Only protocol layer Geneve support is provided by this driver. Openvswitch can be used for configuring, set up and tear down functional Geneve tunnels.
