The default breakpoint length is "sizeof(long)" however this is
incorrect on platforms like Aarch64 where sizeof(long) is 8 but the
breakpoint length is 4. Add a helper function that can be used to
determine the correct breakpoint length, in this change it just
returns the existing default sizeof(long) value.
Use the helper in the bp_account test so that, when modifying the
event from a watchpoint to a breakpoint, the breakpoint length is
appropriate for the architecture and not just sizeof(long).

suite__ prefix to avoid name collisions.

The arm architecture supports breakpoint accounting but it doesn't
support breakpoint overflow signal handling. The current code uses the
same checking helper, thus it disables both testings (bp_account and
bp_signal) for arm platform.
For handling two testings separately, this patch adds a dedicated
checking helper is_supported() for breakpoint accounting testing, thus
it allows supporting breakpoint accounting testing on arm platform; the
old helper test__bp_signal_is_supported() is only used to checking for
breakpoint overflow signal testing.

Currently when cnt is 100 an array bounds overflow occurs on the
assignment of fd[cnt]. Fix this by performing the bounds check on cnt
before writing to fd.
Detected by cppcheck:
tools/perf/tests/bp_account.c:115: (warning) Either the condition
'cnt==100' is redundant or the array 'fd[100]' is accessed at index 100,
which is out of bounds.

Adding test that:
- detects the number of watch/break-points,
skip test if any is missing
- detects PERF_EVENT_IOC_MODIFY_ATTRIBUTES ioctl,
skip test if it's missing
- detects if watchpoints and breakpoints share
same slots
- create all possible watchpoints on cpu 0
- change one of it to breakpoint
- in case wp and bp do not share slots,
we create another watchpoint to ensure
the slot accounting is correct
