imsm: test_and_add_device_policies() implementation
This patch removes get_disk_controller_domain_imsm() in favour of test_and_add_device_policies_imsm(). It is used by create, add and mdmonitor. Signed-off-by: Mariusz Tkaczyk <mariusz.tkaczyk@linux.intel.com>
