This avoids the case where a UEFI build on FreeBSD tries to call the system
issetugid function instead of returning 0 as it should do.

It turns out that AT_SECURE may be defined through other means than
our inclusion of sys/auxv.h, so to be on the safe side, we define our
own guard and use that to determine if getauxval() should be used or
not.

The __DragonFly__ macros were introduced in issue #1546 along with a
function naming fix, but it was decided they should be handled
separately.

This was done by the following
find . -name '*.[ch]' | /tmp/pl
where /tmp/pl is the following three-line script:
print unless $. == 1 && m@/\* .*\.[ch] \*/@;
close ARGV if eof; # Close file to reset $.
And then some hand-editing of other files.

Correct misspelled VXWORKS macros.
Add VXWORKS identifying macros to e_os2.h.
Add required inclusions and mappings for VxWorks in e_os.h.
A few small modifications to make OpenSSL build and work on VxWorks.
PR: 253, except for the change that was handled in an earlier
commit, and a request for easy build of just parts of OpenSSL.

Remove the old broken bio read of serial numbers in the 'ca' index
file. This would choke if a revoked certificate was specified with
a negative serial number.
Fix typo in uid.c
