A complete rewrite of support/logresolve.c:
* Now uses APR
* Supports IPv6 addresses
* Slighty less hurtful on memory
* archaic (but interesting) notes marked as historical
* Will not perform very well without APR >= 1.3 due to
lack of buffered file-io.
