powerpc/fadump: Fix compile error since trap type change
sfr reports that the allyesconfig build fails with:

arch/powerpc/kernel/fadump.c:731:28: error: 'INTERRUPT_SYSTEM_RESET' undeclared

Add an include of interrupt.h to fix it.
