drm/i915/jsl: s/JSL/JASPERLAKE for platform/subplatform defines
Follow consistent naming convention. Replace JSL with JASPERLAKE. Unroll IS_JSL_EHL() define with IS_JASPERLAKE() || IS_ELKHARTLAKE() condition.
