KVM: selftests: Move the guts of kvm_hypercall() to a separate macro
Extract the guts of kvm_hypercall() to a macro so that Xen hypercalls,
which have a different register ABI, can reuse the VMCALL vs. VMMCALL
logic.
No functional change intended.
