In multi-channel scenarios, the granted channel must be aborted before
suspending. Otherwise, the firmware will be put into a wrong state,
resulting in an association failure after resuming.
With this patch, the granted channel will be aborted before suspending
if necessary.

The ieee80211_queue_work function queues work into the mac80211
local->workqueue, which is widely used for mac80211 internal
work processes. In the mt76 driver, both the mt76-sido-status and
mt76-sdio-net threads enqueue workers to the workqueue with this
function. However, in some cases, when two workers are enqueued
to the workqueue almost simultaneously, the second worker may not
be scheduled immediately and may get stuck for a while.
This can cause timing issues. To avoid these timing
conflicts caused by worker scheduling, replace the worker
with an independent thread.

The firmware can have the capability to manage the channel context
scheduling on multiple roles running on the device including Station,
AP and P2P GC/GO mode (will be extended based on the future patchset)
to help users sharing the network with others on a single device.
The firmware is able to support the channel chanctx up to 2 interface
simultaneously running on the different channels.
Another thing to be noted is that before the driver is going sent out the
management frames, the driver has to get the privilege from the firmware
to occupy the current channel context until the frame handshake is
completed and then get the privilege back to the firmware.

Introduce remain_on_channel support. Additionally, we add
mt7921_check_offload_capability to disable .remain_on_channel and
.cancel_remain_on_channel and related configuration because those
operations would rely on the fundamental MCU commands that will be only
supported with newer firmware.

MT_DRV_AMSDU_OFFLOAD"
This reverts commit f17f4864504d754bcbf31e4c89412cdf9946c409 and adds the
MT_DRV_AMSDU_OFFLOAD flag for MT7921 USB/SDIO
The reverted commit significantly decreases performance when running
a test where two MT7915 radios have 16 station vdevs each, configured
for AC mode, and transmitting UDP traffic to AP.

It is unexpected that the reset work is running simultaneously with
the suspend or resume context and it is possible that reset work is still
running even after mt7921 is suspended if we don't fix the race issue.
Thus, the suspend procedure should be waiting until the reset is completed
at the beginning and ignore the subsequent the reset requests.
In case there is an error that happens during either suspend or resume
handler, we will schedule a reset task to recover the error before
returning the error code to ensure we can immediately fix the error there.

We don't have to create a separate sdio.xmit_buf buffer for each queue.
Instead, we just need to create one, reuse it across all queues to reduce
memory consumption further.
And then we should take it into account the actual the host and the device
MMC capability to determine what the appropriate xmit_buf_size can be.
Both MT7921S and MT7663 can support up to Tx FIFO size of 0x3fe00 which
means the device can receive 511 blocks of block size 512 in a row from
the host. So if the driver aggregates the frames as many as possible the
the device can support, we can merge multiple MMC requests into a single
one to get rid of the overhead of the handling and synchronizing in those
unnecessary MMC requests and reduce the SDIO lock contention with the
Bluetooth concurrent traffic and finally to have the higher bus
utilization with less idle cycle.
With the patch, it is helpful for WiFi to have steady throughput
performance especially while running Bluetooth concurrently.

Acquire the SDIO as needed as possible because either MT7663S or MT7921S
is a multiple-function device that always includes Bluetooth that would
share with the same SDIO bus. So not to avoid breaking Bluetooth pairing,
audio, and HID such kind of time critical application on that, we only
lock sdio bus when it is necessary in WiFi driver.

According to the MT7921S firmware, the cmd MCU_UNI_CMD_HIF_CTRL have to
be last MCU command to execute in suspend handler and all data traffic
have to be stopped before the cmd MCU_UNI_CMD_HIF_CTRL starts as well
in order that mt7921 can successfully fall into the deep sleep mode.
Where we reuse the flag MT76_STATE_SUSPEND and avoid creating
another global flag to stop all of the traffic onto the SDIO bus.

This is a preliminary patch for the following patch

mt76_connac_mcu_set_hif_suspend eventually would be handled in each
bus-level suspend/resume handler in either mt7921/sdio.c or mt7921/pci.c
depending on what type of the bus the device is running on. We can move
